Tadiran Telecom Secures GSA Approval for Another Five Years

January 23, 2014 – Tadiran Telecom, a global leader, innovator, and supplier of IP business telephony and Unified Communications & Collaboration (UC&C) solutions, today announced that it has secured formal approval from the GSA (the US Government’s General Services Administration) for Aeonix, its flagship product.

 

The GSA certification further extends the contract for another five years and gives Tadiran the ability to sell its products to any Government organization that utilizes this contract. Aeonix, Tadiran’s new software-based IP telephony and Unified Communications platform, will extend the customer base lifecycle of existing Tadiran installations.

The contract, awarded under Federal Supply Schedule 70 General Purpose Commercial Information Technology Equipment, Software and Services, has been extended until 2019. There is a significant install base for Tadiran in the US, where the company has been selling legacy systems for over ten years. The certification will enable Tadiran to sell and upgrade existing Government customers to Aeonix.
